Consulting + EAP

Trying to balance your work and your life can be difficult.

Sometimes you have things going on at home that distract you while you're working. Or maybe it's the other way around - your stress from your job is affecting your life at home, causing strain on the things you care most about. WiseTherapist is here to help.

Our staff is trained to help you manage and overcome the challenges that you face. We know that trying to stifle or ignore problems doesn't make them go away, and sometimes we all need a little help to get our life back on track.

We also know that small businesses genuinely care about their employees and want them to be happy, engaged members of the team. That's why we've created the WiseTherapist Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The WiseTherapist EAP is specifically designed for small businesses who want to offer their employees a benefit that shows they truly care about them as people, not just as employees.

What is an EAP?
An Employee Assistance Program (or EAP) provides professional and confidential help to employees who are facing challenges or struggles in life. We all have to deal with challenges at some point in our lives. Challenges may be things such as marriage or family problems, financial concerns, drug or alcohol abuse, or even difficulties in the workplace. These are all reasons someone might consider contacting the EAP.

WiseTherapist EAP:

  • Provides convenient access to confidential help for many common life challenges.
  • Is a pre-paid benefit by the employer.
  • Maintains confidentiality - individual information is not reported back to the employer.
  • Is easy to contact by phone or online.
